Today I'm quite sure my readers will not  study  properly the Mc2Labs's Business PDF till they will be able to test Visual QNX - which should be already online. This is why me, Max Carli, IS LOOKING FOR a starter investor to work at the first 2 years of development of Visual QNX (see the timeline at PIC-3 below), AND OFFERS the 50% of his personal ownership of the entire product. 
The step is definitively critical: the need to [re]start the development first.

Requirements:
- a support montly fee  exactly as per an employment; for, at the beginning, the first 2years of software development and business implementation till/while the fundraising works (target: for the second 2years - see below)
- a small contribution (about €20k +vat) for the development lab (mostly Internet uplinks and client hardware)

Please note: the development serverfarm is already ready and online (see www.mc2labs.net)

For the first 2 years of development and first business approach (<500 subscriber [paying] users) it is fine, that's all.
Later this step we will resume the [re-calculated] fundrising, to jump to the business goal of 10k subscriber users - which will finance the final production serverfarm.

Quali sono secondo voi in ordine di importanza le questioni che in Italia hanno ancora impedito una più rimarcabile incidenza dell'equity crowdfunding per lo sviluppo delle iniziative economiche?

« Il limite principale è che l'equity crowdfunding non è una via praticabile per tutti. Se non sei una "startup innovativa di oggi" sei fuori.

Quindi il fatto che sei costretto ad avere nel corpo societario almeno un investitore professionista (edit: certificato dalla Consob). Non mi risulta che siano cambiate le cose, questo secondo me è un frenissimo per l'economia.

(il sottoscritto con la sua ditta individuale, sia per anzianità della p.iva - ho iniziato il mio progetto aziendale nel 2000.. ma il progetto d'innovazione è sempre quello.. perchè lasciarmi fuori? - che per compagine societaria, si può dimenticare di fare equity by law. e by default.)

L'equity crowdfunding di fatto è una possibilità (edit: strumento [finanziario]) di nicchia, almeno qui in Italia.. questa è l'idea personale che mi sono fatto. Io voglio farlo con i miei clienti, e non con investitori "professionali" di mezzo.

ritengo sia uno spunto importante per un'autoanalisi istituzionale.
