Simply hire Mc2Labs (me, remotely) to support the daily work at the development of the Visual QNX smart community software platform (and at the WIMS Internet+ Engine Server software tuning), AND GET the 18% (effective) of Visual QNX shares (which means - but it is not limited to - 250,000eu+vat per year @ 10,000 subscribed users; which corresponds to the 50% of the Mc2Labs's author Visual QNX ownership).

 Let's bring Visual QNX to life, the "perfect platform" [to make people and companies to work and/or simply make money online in advanced ways] 

After some months since the pubblication on the Web of the Mc2Labs Business PDF (08/2014) and the pubblication of the business [landing] site at http://www.mc2labs.net (09/2014); and after 2 months of some Linkedin/Twitter/FB/articles/mailing direct marketing (0% advertising, 08-09/2014), collecting 2400 unique visitors (peak: 995 in 01/2015) and 1200 PDF downloads (peak: 500 in 10/2014) from all the world @ today with no concrete positive feedback; it starts to be clear to me that it is very very hard to sell Visual QNX company virtual shares (see doc) directly online but having the web/application platform ready only at PDF level (IT: "solo sulla carta").  :D

(This also hides the past work at the WIMS Internet+ True-RealTime Engine Server. btw WIMS stands for Web Information Management System)

Today I'm quite sure my readers will not  study  properly the Mc2Labs's Business PDF till they will be able to test Visual QNX - which should be already online. This is why me, Max Carli, IS LOOKING FOR a starter investor to work at the first 2 years of development of Visual QNX (see the timeline at PIC-3 below), AND OFFERS the 50% of his personal ownership of the entire product. 
The step is definitively critical: the need to [re]start the development first.

Requirements:
- a support montly fee  exactly as per an employment; for, at the beginning, the first 2years of software development and business implementation till/while the fundraising works (target: for the second 2years - see below)
- a small contribution (about €20k +vat) for the development lab (mostly Internet uplinks and client hardware)

Please note: the development serverfarm is already ready and online (see www.mc2labs.net)

For the first 2 years of development and first business approach (<500 subscriber [paying] users) it is fine, that's all.
Later this step we will resume the [re-calculated] fundrising, to jump to the business goal of 10k subscriber users - which will finance the final production serverfarm.

BUILD WITH MC2LABS's VisualQNX. The starter-investor company can request to implement a sw(/hw) interface for its technology/products to connect them to our main WIMS Engine Server and to our WIMS SatelliteServers products, then to their Visual QNX Business BBS; which I will care to produce.
